  • How to use Orthomol® Vital f?
  • Dissolve the daily sachet of powder in 150 ml of still water or juice, with or without food, with the added iodine tablet and the omega 3 fatty acid capsule. Orthomol® Vital f powder can have two flavors: orange or grapefruit.
  • Important information: Lactose and gluten free.The daily dose contains 10.4 g of slightly soluble carbohydrates, therefore patients with glucose metabolism should be monitored for metabolism. Orthomol ® Vital f contains an iodine tablet.If you have hyperthyroidism , consult your doctor before using the product.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children.
