Bee bread

Nutritional supplement 100g | up to 3 teaspoons a day

A unique natural product made by bees

Bee bread   is a pollen preserved by bees. When pollen is transferred to the hive, it is stored. The bees fill with 2 / 3-3 / 4 cells of a mixture of pollen, nectar and saliva, topped with a head and applied with a layer of honey that prevents access to air. The pollen preservative is lactic acid, which builds up during lactic fermentation. The result is a new product - bee bread. Lactic acid creates an environment in which microorganisms are unable to develop, so bee bread can be stored without losing its value. It is brown in color.

Bee bread contains: amino acids; vitamins; enzymes with antibacterial properties and high biological value; macro and trace elements; potassium, magnesium, iron, iodine and other substances.

There is never too much of this unique natural product - bees produce limited quantities of bees. It cannot be artificially cultured or falsified. Bee bread is much more biologically active than pollen and is absorbed more easily by the body.
