Ingredients: 1 tablespoon contains: blueberry leaf 0.42 g, nettle leaf 0.33 g, bean pods 0.31 g, alfalfa flowers 0.28 g, dandelion root 0.25 g.

Usage: 3 tablespoons of tea mixture, poor with 2 glasses of boiling water, allow to brew for 15-20 minutes. Take 3 glasses 3 times a day before meals.
